    Effects and Benefits of eHealth: Lessons Learned in Four Continents: In Russian telemedicine network we use modern videoconference equipment with support ITU standards ISDN/IP and open structure. We use a multilevel structure for our telemedicine network: first the main regional hospitals. The next level incorporates the best Russian and Western medical centres.
